The terms and conditions for users of the Website are as follows (hereinafter the “Terms”):

   The Website predprodej.vinohradska8.cz is owned and operated by Operators A and B.
   These Terms are issued by the Operators to inform the public about the use and conditions of the Website.

   Any interference with the content or technical structure of the Website without the consent of the Operators is prohibited. Only the Operators are authorised to decide on any changes to the Website.

10. Non-Binding Inquiry
    By completing and submitting the form, I am making a non-binding inquiry for further information regarding the subject of interest and am not making any pre-reservation or reservation of the selected residential unit, non-residential unit, or family house. Requesting further information does not obligate me or any other person to sign any contract, nor does it give me the right to demand the conclusion of any contract, including reservation agreements, future purchase agreements, or purchase agreements.
    I acknowledge and agree that a so-called pre-reservation (i.e., a non-binding reservation valid for 5 days) is not considered effective until confirmed in writing or by email by the seller. For a binding reservation, a personal meeting with the seller and the signing of a written reservation agreement is required.
